The CoRFiLaC staff is made up of technicians and researchers, who have developed specific skills relating to the dairy supply chain over the years. Precisely according to a supply chain approach, the figures were classified in the various sectors, following a logical thread from animal feed to the final consumer. The staff, and therefore the CoRFiLaC, today represents a point of reference for the livestock sector not only in Sicily, but also in the Mediterranean Basin.
