Milk and Dairy Products

Milk and dairy products laboratories with their equipments are at the service of the whole Sicilian dairy sector.

The laboratory guarantees support to the cheeseplant structure and technical assistance to the producers through the milk quality control for the improvement of the farm management.

The collaboration between the lab and publicly and private entities for the analytical and research activity, Italian and foreign training are important to communicate the lab activity.

This technique allows to analyze, in short time, an high number of samples, in this way it is possible to plan wide ranges controls.

The quality in our labs follows the certification UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025: 2005 with the accreditation ACCREDIA (National System laboratory accreditation) code 0316.

Ring Test

The ring test is included in the Italian interlaboratories network to supervising the quality of analytical data.
